Dr. O

Nwamaka Onyeozili, MD (Dr. O) grew up in Tallahassee, Florida.  She graduated from Florida A&M University, Summa cum Laude.  She then attended The Florida State University College of Medicine and graduated in 2017.  She completed her Family Medicine residency at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare systems in Spartanburg, South Carolina (2020).  She is board certified in Family Medicine.   

Following residency, she became a hospitalist/nocturnist at AdventHealth Palm Coast, where she developed a relationship with her community through the patients she met/admitted and their families.  This led to her desire to pursue an outpatient practice that would provide individualized care for patients in which the patient-physician relationship would be at the forefront. 

Through Ixora Primary Care™, Dr. O especially aims to provide virtual/telemedicine care to patients who may not have immediate or adequate access to care due to busy schedules, debility, distance, age or lack of transport. She is excited to meet more of her Palm Coast and Flagler County community, in particular, and wider Florida family, in general.  She looks forward to serving your healthcare needs.
