For emergencies (i.e. chest pain, shortness of breath, decreased arousal/responsiveness, change in mental status, "worst headache of life", etc), please call 911 or go to the emergency department.

Includes assessment of weight loss needs, assistance with weight loss plan with individualized follow up/management and when appropriate, prescription medications for weight loss
